Customer Service Policies


CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES FOR PICK UP : Receipt must be presented.

GARMENTS NOT PICKED UP : Within 3 months (after 3 phone calls to phone number on file) will be removed from store and donated.


  • SERVICES - At STITCH IN TIME, we guarantee quality workmanship.  If there’s a mistake, the alteration will be fixed immediately at no extra charge.  If the alteration cannot be fixed, garments will be reimbursed as per the original receipt and Stitch In Time will keep the garment.  In the absence of an original receipt, reimbursement will be paid out at an agreed fair market value, and Stitch In Time will keep the garment.
  • PRODUCTS - All items must be returned within 30 days, unused, unopened and with original receipt.

PREPAID SERVICES : All services are to be paid prior to services being rendered.

BUYBACKS & RETURNS : Authorization is needed for amounts 210 AED or greater.

Hygiene : For health reasons alterations will only be performed on clean/dry cleaned garments.
