We don’t believe in a Jack-Of-All-Trades, we staff each location with an expert for each Stitch In Time service offered– guaranteeing the best results to all customers. We proudly partner with Gutermann, Prym, and Union Knoff, to match our leading skillsets with the best-of-the-best products and instruments in the industry.
With over ten locations and counting, Stitch In Time is proud to provide ongoing service to our communities. As a way to increase our reach, we now offer at-home services, bringing our expertise to you wherever you are. We aim to keep you coming back– and to keep coming back to you!
Guarantees
*All claims against Stitch In Time’s Guarantee must be presented within four weeks from the date of receipt.
Alteration Guarantee
If you’re ever not satisfied with the results, we will re-alter it at no extra charge.
*This guarantee does not include garments not pinned by Stitch In Time.
Hem Guarantee
All our hems are guaranteed for the life of the garment. This means we will redo any hem which has come undone, free of charge. This guarantee does not apply if the hem has come undone as a result of misuse or excessive wear and tear, for example garment hem has been stretched or caught and torn.
- Garments must be returned to the original branch.
- This guarantee does not include garments that have been damaged by the customer’s wear and tear.
Damaged Garment Guarantee
In the highly unlikely event that we damage your garment: The garment will be reimbursed as per the original receipt and Stitch In Time will keep the garment.
In the absence of an original receipt, reimbursement will be paid out at an agreed fair market value, and Stitch In Time will keep the garment

Terms and Conditions
Vouchers and special offers must be claimed prior to fitting and placement of the order. Vouchers may not be accepted when other discounts or special offers are applied to the purchase.
We do not accept responsibility for orders which have not been pinned by our trained staff. We are required for safety reasons, to remove any pins, if the order does not proceed.
Garments must be dry cleaned or laundered when presented for alterations, for health, safety and hygiene purposes.
Garments that are not picked up within six (6) months from drop off will be donated to charity if we have not been able to get in contact with you and/or you have not collected the garments.
All services are to be paid prior to services being rendered.
PRODUCTS – All items must be returned within 30 days, unused, unopened and with original receipt.

Stitch In Time uses only the finest threads in the market imported directly from Europe. Each garment is matched with the perfect colour and thickness of thread.
Stitch In Time also uses a variety of machines that provide customer with the right stitch.
Last but not least, our fit to sew expert tailors are not only highly skilled, but also go through an extensive training program.
The cost to shorten pants can start at 40 aed for a plain pant hem up to 70 aed for more complex hems requested.
A Plain Hem is when the bottom of the pants are folded and sewn together to create a new hem. The original hem will be lost.
A Euro Hem is when the original pant hem is cut off, the pants are shortened to the desired length and the original hem is re-attached.
Stitch In Time’s goal is to complete alterations after 24 hours. There are extenuating circumstances that may arise at any Stitch IN
Time location that could affect this goal. In such extenuating circumstances, the pick up dates would be based upon the amount of work required for the alteration, as well as the amount of work that your nearest Stitch In Time location currently has on hand, in which case the job may be completed up to 3 days.

Yes, this is a service that Stitch IN Time provides. Bring in your concept or pattern along with material so it may be priced depending on the amount of work involved.
Yes, Stitch In Time at our Dubai Mall, Lower Ground location, is equipped with a state-of-the-art Embroidery machine. We can digitize your images. Cost depends on stitch count required. Feel free to bring in your image on a USB or email to embroidery@stitchintime.me for a quote.
Yes, due to Health & Safety regulations, it is recommended that all garments (new and old) be cleaned/dry-cleaned prior to alterations.
Our guarantee dictates that:
Should a mistake occur, we will fix the alteration right away at no charge.
If the mistake cannot be fixed: (1) New garments will be replaced with original receipt; or (2) Pre-worn garments will be refunded to a fair, mutually agreed value.
Yes we have pickup & home services along with delivery services available.
Yes we do, for an additional cost of 50%.
